The Master Bath
It took 3 months to finish the renovation — a complete gut and redo of the two main bathrooms in the house.
Master Bath Before

Wet Area before
The existing soaker tub was part of a standard shower, accompanied by a nondescript curtain rod, plastic curtains, which all disappeared in to the plain white ceramic wall tiles.

Out with the Cold
The worn night stand, by the old drafty vinyl window, was used for extra storage. What inadequate heat there was, provided by the one scant floor vent, was escaping via air leaks.
Warm with the New

An obtrusive bulk head above the vanity and the plain builder’s white walls and trims, as well as standard builder’s double vanity with two oval sinks, laminated countertop, and sheet mirror backsplash would be completely removed.
