After
The overall design was inspired by the dramatic vessel sink: black glass with white marbling, its shiny surface reflecting light. This became the theme of the room which, in turn, dictated the style and characteristic of every selection.

Before
The wallpaper in this small room was dark and drab. The 25-year-old sink, toilet, white cabinets, countertop and 3-light wall sconce were removed.
Inspired
The design began with the vessel sink - black glass with white/grey marbling - leading to the selection of the striking silver and black striped wallpaper. This set the tone for glam and chic: glass rosette sconces, crystal ringed mirror, crystal knobs and quartzite grani... More Details »
Bold
The drab wallpaper has been replaced with a bold black and silver stripe. Sparkling glass sconces bounce light off the crystal mirror and quartzite granite and warmth exudes from the elegant wood custom vanity. This space has been totally transformed!

Finishing Touch
The finishing touch in this powder bathroom was found serendipitously, in an obscure store in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This figurine, with a glamorous black and silver dress and sultry pose, completely personifies the design of this space.
Stylish vignette
Outside the powder room, a stylish vignette of console table and lamps, accessorized by an assortment of vases, provides warm hues as contrast to the black and silver inside the doorway. A perfect balance of elegance and drama!
A stunning setting that wows
This spacious, elegant 2,500 sq. ft. condo in Toronto had been completely renovated and decorated three years ago, except for the powder bathroom. With original fixtures, more than twenty-five years old, and outdated cabinets and countertop, this small room was very unwelcoming to guests.
Sparkling glass sconces reflecting light off the crystal mirror and quartzite granite, warmth exuding from the elegant wood custom vanity; this powder room has been transformed into a stunning setting to wow for frequent social engagements.
