Lighting and Accents

Walk Through and Stairs
Work in progress -- in preparing the new wall colour, it was the perfect time to take advantage of this phase; removing all the old fixtures, standard switches and receptacles.
Play-ready Walk Through
Rustic masculine elements were introduced with large earthenware pots in the niche which add visual interest without obstructing the railing. The piano is situated such that it is always ready to play while maintaining good traffic flow.
Fireplace Wall Unit Without TV
The existing fireplace built into a beautiful maple wall unit had no mantle and no television niche leaving the previous owner to set the television on the floor, thereby blocking part of the view and taking up precious floor space.
