Storage in question
The book shelves were not functional and took up valuable storage space in the kitchen. The client’s request for a commercial size refrigerator meant the re-configuration of this wall of cabinetry.
Updated configuration
The new wall of cabinetry was designed to fit around the 36” Sub Zero refrigerator. Increasing the millwork to ceiling height allowed for the addition of other high-end appliances. A restaurant style wine cooler and a built-in Miele coffee machine were installed.
